Mobile nursing foot care provides professional foot assessment and care in the comfort of your own home. Services may include nail trimming and filing, reduction of thickened nails, corn and callus care, conservative ingrown nail care, skin assessment and foot health education.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No doctor's referral is required to request an appointment. Clients, family members and caregivers can contact Serene Steps directly to arrange mobile nursing foot care.
Is this service covered by insurance?
Coverage varies depending on your insurance provider and individual plan. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to determine whether nursing foot care is eligible for reimbursement. A receipt will be provided following your appointment.
What areas do you serve?
Serene Steps Health & Wellness currently provides mobile nursing foot care throughout Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview and surrounding communities. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to confirm availability. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
How should I prepare for a visit?
Please have a comfortable chair available in a well-lit area of your home. Your nurse will bring the necessary foot care instruments and supplies. If possible, avoid applying nail polish before your appointment so your nails can be properly assessed.

Do you provide care for people with diabetes ?
Yes. Nursing foot care is available for individuals living with diabetes. Your nurse will assess your feet and provide care appropriate to your individual foot-health needs. Clients with concerns requiring further medical assessment may be advised to follow up with their primary care provider or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Can I book appointments for more than one person?
Yes. Appointments can be arranged for couples, family members or multiple individuals at the same location. Please mention this when requesting your appointment so adequate time can be scheduled.
